This is something that happens every day at the community health center, but does it really need to be done in real time? I think that’s one of the reasons you might get a chance to try it.

At the time of writing this, my team has only done a few days of training on how to use a health-care physical therapy routine at the community health center. I don’t have any idea how to use it, but I hope it works for you.

The problem is that physical therapists tend to focus too much on “getting the patient to feel better,” instead of “seeing the patient in their own reality,” which may be the case for some.
