Hello and welcome to the next episode of the podcast. I’m your host, Dr. J.

Hi everyone, and thank you for joining me on this episode of The J.

Hi J! Thank you for joining us again. I hope you enjoyed last week’s episode and look forward to more from you in the future.

Welcome back to the show. I’m your host Dr. J.Hi everyone, and I’m pleased to welcome our newest guest, Ben K. Hi Ben, as you know I just recently had the opportunity to speak to a group of young people with whom I had a very candid conversation about the issue of what I call the “self-awareness gap.

The Self-Awareness Gap is essentially a huge gap in our ability to understand ourselves and to act on our own. So we were talking about our own lack of self-awareness, and I brought up the idea that we could use that as a tool to solve some of our society’s biggest problems. The thing is that this isn’t just a philosophy or a theory. If we’re going to talk about self-awareness, we have to talk about how it works in real life.

Our thoughts are like, “I am going to go see a really nice guy that I like, but I hate looking at his stuff. If he is stupid, he is stupid.” You know, like, you have to think about your own self-awareness.

This is our problem because we don’t know what we can do. Because we don’t know what we can do. Because we don’t know what we can do. Or maybe we don’t even know how to do it. We just have to think about it.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
