I’m sure we’ve all heard of that adage, “you get what you deserve.” And while this may be true, I contend that you don’t get what you deserve. You get what you can, while you get what you can’t.

This is a sentiment I think about a lot. I am lucky to work for a company that has a very solid policy of hiring only people who are willing to work hard. However, as a new employee I am bound by this policy and I have to be very careful about what I do. I have to maintain my own boundaries, but I also have to be able to think, act, and react in ways that others around me don’t.

This is true too. I am bound by my company’s policy, which states that I can’t ask for a raise or promotion unless I’m in management, but I can’t ask for a raise, promotion, or another benefit unless I’m a team member. This is because I am bound by the company’s policy to serve as a team member. I am bound by my policy to keep my promises. I am bound by my policy to be honest.

A company is bound by its policy and rules. It is bound by the company’s corporate culture, which holds that people should do what it says they should do. And people can’t do what they want to do unless there are rules that say it is allowed.

That’s the difference between a culture and a company. In a company, everyone follows the same rules. In a company, there are rules that everybody agrees to follow. If everyone follows the same rules, its called a culture because everyone is doing things the same way.

It’s not always easy to understand what a culture is. It’s hard to know just what a culture is when you get a phone call from a company. Most of the time, people know what a company is. How many people have a phone call from a company when you’ve already got a company? Well, the answer is probably very simple.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
