[The Secret to a Happy Life] is a book written by author and New York Times best-selling author, Dr. Wayne Dyer. For those who haven’t read The Secret to a Happy Life you can read the book here.

The Secret to a Happy Life is a book that I first read in grade school. Reading it again, in my younger days, I could see how it could be applied to many aspects of my life. I don’t know that I have the same level of self-awareness, but I don’t think it’s that hard to see the book’s potential.

Dr. Wayne Dyer is an American author and psychologist. He is perhaps best known for his books The Secret to a Happy Life, and How to Win Friends and Influence People. He is also, however, best known for his self-help book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He is also the author of the bestselling book The Secret to Getting Ahead in Business and Life (and has a book in the works about his other life-changing ideas).

At the outset of his book, Dr. Dyer says, “There are things you can do to make yourself more aware and more likely to notice when you are having a tough day.” He continues, “I don’t know of a single person, in any field, who has not experienced a difficult experience and not had some kind of insight or knowledge that helped them with it. Some people have an idea, while others have a feeling.

Dr. Dyer is one of those people. On several occasions, like when he discovered that he had a brain tumor, he noticed something and made a note of it. Not only that, but he also made a point of saying, “There are things you can do to make yourself more aware and more likely to notice when you are having a tough day.

He’s also a keen observer of what other people are thinking. If someone is having a bad day, he will often ask himself why they are having a bad day. He will also ask them who they are and what they do.

Now, in real life, we don’t usually use these types of questions. They’re not personal at all, but in the case of the patient with a brain tumor, the doctor wanted to make sure he was aware of his symptoms. Of course, that’s the kind of medical problem that we don’t want to think about or worry about. But when we ask ourselves those questions, it’s more than just a little bit like we’re trying to help our patients with their medical problems.

Well, that’s not exactly what happened. The doctor that I asked the question about asked me to think about it and ask myself the question. I thought about it for a minute or so, and asked myself why he would ask me that.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
