I’m currently reading “The Happiness Project” by David C. Lewis. The book is about how a group of people in the US are changing their lives in such a way that they are happier, more confident, and more productive. It’s a great book that we should all read, that we all need to read.
The book is indeed great. The author is a psychologist, and while he’s very good at explaining the various factors affecting people’s happiness it’s his approach (aside from the many books that talk about happiness) that I really like. His idea of “happiest people” is very interesting, and his theory is that we need to spend less time doing things that are intrinsically bad for us, and more time doing things that are intrinsically good for us.
The book is an entertaining and entertaining read, and its themes are quite interesting. You can get really into the psychology of happiness and happiness’s most recent theme, and the idea of happiness being the most enjoyable of all the topics that you’ve been on the subject of.
So what’s the deal with the book? Well, the premise is that happiness is only a very small part of a person’s overall well-being. The book’s author, Andrew Weil, proposes that happiness is a byproduct of many other things, and that the main thing that determines happiness is our ability to live in accordance with our values. In the book, he lays out the core concepts that he uses to explain his theory of happiness.
