So, what are the three levels of self-awareness? When we are aware of something, we are aware of the quality of it. When we are not aware of something, we are not aware of its quality. And the best way to get more of these two aspects of awareness is to be conscious of it. And to be conscious of it, we must practice self-awareness.

It’s one thing to hear something, but it’s another thing to actually do it. As we grow older, our abilities and capabilities grow. It’s important to always be aware of how we are improving. It’s important to always stay abreast of our progress. And it’s important to take care of our health.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
