My advice would be to know your audience. Then, figure out what you want them to do. Once you know that, you can figure out exactly what your audience will be doing.

In this case my suggestion is to focus on your product itself. If I want to purchase the game, I don’t want to know why or how I should get it. If I want to find out why a client gets a particular problem and how to fix it, then I need to know what they’re doing or what they’re looking at to help me make a decision. Then I can figure out if I should buy the game.

You can’t get a client to buy your product if you don’t know what you’re selling. If you assume you know what youre selling, you don’t take the time to figure out if your product is any good. Then you’ll spend your time doing something that doesn’t help you accomplish your goals.

If you have a problem with the product or with the company, you are more prone to making poor decisions. If you have a problem that you cant fix yourself, then you become a lot more likely to buy from someone who can fix it.

You can find many examples of this principle in advertising. For example, if consumers think you can fix their problems, they will be more likely to buy from you. Similarly, if consumers believe you can solve their problems, they will be more likely to buy from you.

The rule here is that people have a tendency to think that if something is wrong, you can fix it. The problem is that the wrong thing to do is to fix it. If something is wrong, you should fix it. If something is wrong, you should fix it yourself.
