A lot of people think technology fluency is a trait, a set of skills. It is not. It is a state.

People say that they’re fluent in technology but they don’t understand why. I don’t want to give you the impression that you are supposed to be a technophobe. Fluency is more about being able to use new technology, but it is not a state of technology. It means that you can use your new technology effectively and I think that is a skill that every person should have. It’s not a set of abilities, but it is a way of using your technology.

To be clear, I am not saying that you should have no tech skills or that you should not use your tech skills. I am saying that you should have no tech fluency.

Technology fluency is similar to what I call “learning tech fluency”, but instead of learning to do something, you learn to use it. You learn to use your technology in order to solve problems and accomplish tasks. I remember one of my friends telling me once that he was going to apply for a job as a construction manager. “But when I apply, I’ll get a phone call from someone that I don’t know.

I’m not saying you should never use your tech skills. I’m just saying that you shouldn’t use your tech skills to the point where you lose them. I think that’s why some people have problems with technology fluency. And I don’t mean that because they don’t understand the concept. I think that’s why some people are so afraid of technology. If they don’t understand how it works in order to use it, they end up feeling stupid about how they use it.

The biggest reason I’ve found for not using technology fluency is because I am a social media junkie. I want to be as tech-savvy as possible. I want to be a tech-savvy person, but because I am a social media junkie I can’t really say that. So when I see a post about using a certain tech to improve health, I instinctively think “wow, that is a good idea. That is a decent idea.

It’s not just because I am a social media junkie that I find it funny that people are using a technology that no one actually uses. It’s because I am a social media junkie that I feel like I need to be using something that I don’t. I don’t think it’s fair to tech-savvy people to expect them to use a technology that they do not even understand.

I think the problem with tech fluency is that it is something we all use, but the same way, there are no rules about it. We all have phones (or a tablet) and we all have computers. All we can really do is pick whichever we feel like using. If we feel like using a tablet, we can use a tablet. If we feel like using a phone, we can use a phone. If we feel like using a computer, we can use a computer.

As humans, we often get the feeling that technology is a bit of a mystery to us. I think we usually have an instinctive sense that it is a bit of a mystery to us. For example, we can be sure that our phone isn’t going to tell us when our friend has been drinking because we’ve always known that. Yet it’s not like we can’t know this either. Maybe it’s just that we don’t tend to use our phones as much as other people.

Technology is a bit of a mystery to us. It is the most prevalent way that we make use of technology, and we can be sure that we can use this way with our phones, but we always have an instinctive feeling that this is a mystery to us. This is not because we are inherently suspicious of technology, but because we are constantly doing things in our personal lives that we dont know how to do.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
