I recently started to practice mindfulness, and today I want to share a quote from a TED Talk that I recently watched that I think might be helpful in helping you make better choices and better decisions.
I’m also a psychologist, so I thought the quote would be useful to people who are stuck in a time loop, but it’s a bit boring to read. I’m sure you’ll find some useful information on mindfulness or any other subject.
The main idea behind mindfulness is that it’s a way to get out of your own head and focus on your own feelings. It’s a way to get out of your own head again and make better decisions. As an example, this quote from my favorite TED talk is: “The best way to improve your life is to stop thinking of yourself as a good person. Being a good person is a lot like being a good father.
You may be thinking “but what if you have no memory of having a bad marriage?” You may have been married for 30 years and only remember your last 5 minutes of it. You may remember a few hours, but you probably never remember any of the rest. Maybe you think its all in your head or you just don’t remember. You probably just want to blame you spouse for every bad thing you ever did.
I have a hard time imagining what a life beyond death in death loop would look like. I mean, we all have a lot (if not all) of our own in life. There is nothing like a life that is lived with a purpose. Life is what we get without a purpose. Our only real goal in life is to make a difference in the world. It’s not about doing anything to help us or to help someone else. Life is the only way we get at a difference.
This is the fourth time this is happening. In the last one, the people in the background, or the people on the main character’s side of the screen, have died. The main character’s life was going to be lived. The main character’s time was spent. And the main character is the main character’s life. So to make life more meaningful we need to start by taking the time to do something positive. Life is not about doing something just to help someone else.
In life there are plenty of people who have a “purpose”. But these people are not the ones that you want to help. They’re the ones you want to screw over. The people who have a purpose are the ones you want to waste your time with. In life there is no purpose. There is just life. And there is no time.
After all, we are all humans who have no purpose. But life is about making things positive. Life is about living life.
I would like to be able to say that we are all healthy and fit, but that is as far as I can go. We are not all fit to go on a hike, to run or jump, to ride a bike, swim or do yoga. We are all fit to live our lives, but not all fit to do something positive for others.
Life is about living, not just doing. And when I say “do something positive” I mean that we don’t just do the things we are supposed to do. We are supposed to be doing something, not just sitting about and trying not to be a pain. So I am going to let you in on a little secret: I am not saying you should just sit around. I am saying you should be doing something. I am not saying you should just sit around mindlessly.
