The series is a collection of posts on topics that are often overlooked self-awareness, mindfulness, and mindfulness. As you might expect, the topics tend to come from a variety of people. Some are from the self-aware individual, and this is the case with most of the topics of this series.
Self-aware people tend to focus on the things that are most challenging for them and the things that make them feel the most confident. For example, if you are self-aware you tend to believe that you are in control of your life. So when you find yourself having a bad day, you can say, “I guess I’m just not feeling that happy today.” This makes you feel much more in control of your life and puts you in a better mood.
Of course, we all don’t really feel like we’re in control of our life. We just make up a story so we feel as if we are, and then convince ourselves that everything is going to be okay because we always have.
The problem is that this illusion of in control breaks down because we tend to be so self-absorbed that we do not care about the things that really matter in life. We can’t see that we are not in control of our life. We are just going through the motions, so whatever we do is perfect. The problem is that the things that really do matter in life are hard to see, and often seem insignificant to us.
The problem is, when we are so self-absorbed, we tend to forget that we have a power that makes all the difference in the world. That power is our ability to think for ourselves. We have a power that lets us make decisions for ourselves. In one of our classes, we are taught how to create a list of “Ten Things That Matter in Life.” It is a list of the things that truly matter.
One of the many things I love about lists is that they are a way to organize your thoughts. If you’re like most of us, you tend to write lists of things you need to do and things you need to accomplish. But in that process, you never truly write about the things that matter. A list of Ten Things That Matter is a way to write the things that you want to create in your life by writing them down on paper that you keep on a shelf.
This is the most important thing you need to write down. To be able to create in your life. I use a very simple list that I find works for me. It’s one of my most important lists and is written down on the first day that I wake up. It is a list of what I want to create in my life.
